Sick
Ok, so I've been getting heat from people about my lack of posts, so here's a quick update. I've been sick all weekend, woke up Friday with a sore throat and Saturday night I had a pretty serious fever. Thankfully whatever it was I haven't gotten Samantha sick, but I was pretty miserable.
Super Tuesday is coming, 22 state free for all for delegates. I'm pretty sure I'm going to vote for Obama, and Daryl is going to vote for Hillary. Apparently in polling that's the way it's going, with women leaning one way and men the other. For my part, I think that Obama will be able to build more consensus resolutions, and I fear Hillary will get stuck in a morass of partisan squabbling. Honestly either will be better than what the Republicans put together. I would have probably voted for Mccain in 2000, but it just doesn't seem like it's his time now. And Romney/Huckabee are just plain scary.
Work is going ok. The latest news is that a hedge fund which has a 5% stake in the company is opposing the buyout on the grounds that B of A isn't paying enough. So there's a possibility that the price gets renegotiated upwards, but I'm not holding my breath.
Samantha continues to be amazing. We are so blessed I can't even begin to say.
edit:
I was so sick, I forgot a song of the day!
